Peer-led Groups

Peer-led groups provide you with an opportunity to meet, talk to, and learn from other people living with HIV. We believe that social inclusion is vital for good physical and mental health and wellbeing. Peer support activities include:

Peer Support Network

Peer Support Network (PSN) is our longest-running support group for people living with HIV. PSN hosts a monthly dinner, as well as occasional excursions and social events. While all HIV Positive people in the Canberra region are welcome to attend PSN events, these are by invitation only. To be included on our invitation list please contact the Client Services Coordinator on 02 6257 2855 or contact us

Positive Women

Events and activities run for people living with HIV, are open to anyone living with HIV, including women. We also provide specific Positive Women’s events, where women can talk about their experience of living with HIV among their peers. These events welcome family members, and are by invitation only. If you would like to know about upcoming events please contact the Client Services Coordinator on 02 6257 2855 or contact us.
